bkess, I'm not sure, but try to figure out what caused it. When was it last working okay? Did it get lock after you installed something? Maybe the issue is a recent update, recently installed app? If you can for sure pinpoint what caused your phone to go nuts, uninstall it or rollback (whichever applies).

I rely on a) tech support from the company who sells a product first (try calling a toll-free tech support number), or b) tech support for whomever gave you the phone if its a perk from your employer, c) possibly a geek-friend who knows your phone and can troubleshoot it for you, next would be d) Search Engines/Blogs./Websites.

If you can at least figure out WHAT you did last that may have caused it then if a and b above don't work or apply to you, you can tell your geek-friend or use that info to hit the internet looking for help info.

Sorry I can't be more specific.

Thank you for fixing Gmail on the I-phone. I actually stopped using it on the phone because I would get so frustrated when I couldn't really scroll up or down, it was really annoying. Anyway, I just checked and that feature is working quite well. Thank you!
