MW3 Weapon Focus: MK14 Assault Rifle

The MK14 is one of the better assault rifles with its high damage rate, balanced by its being semi-automatic, which as you know means one bullet every time you pull the trigger. The obvious downside being if you run into someone in close quarters and they have a fully automatic weapon, you may lose out (depends on your reflexes, and skill VS theirs plus factor in their faster firing rate and your better accuracy). The MK14 is in the heaviest 50% of recoil profiles, but along with a moderate recenter speed and being semi-automatic, recoil isn’t too pronounced as it is on some other assault rifles sporting slower recenter rates firing fully automatic like the M4A1.
