Second Chance Walkthrough: Crysis 2, Mission 2
Aug 13th
SPOILER WARNING: CRYSIS 2: WALKTHROUGH for SECOND CHANCE
In at the Deep End: Mission 1
I’m not going to write a separate walkthrough for the In at the Deep End mission, so here it is. The mission begins in a submarine that gets attacked moments into the game. FIND YOUR WAY OUT OF THE SUBMARINE: Basically just follow the other marines, crouch when the game is tutoring you to do so, If you fall behind after you begin swimming out, look for bubbles rushing out of the side of the submarine, then once you are out of the sub swim upwards. The rest is in-game video, sit back and enjoy.

Second Chance: Mission 2
Alcatraz regains consciousness at the beginning and you see flashbacks of your memory mixed with Prophet’s memory – the suit’s biological nature has passed on bits of his memory to you, and you will see more as the game progresses.
After the video you are standing with an empty pistol in front of Prophet’s lifeless body – EXIT THE BUILDING and FIND AMMO. The game marker and objectives tell you to find Locate and Protect Dr. Gould, but you need to start out with ammo, or you’ll fail. There are some interesting bits on the way out that reveal more of the story for you if you want to go slowly and discover them, but otherwise you are exiting a building and discovering some of the nanosuit’s capabilities and controls.

Long Night of Solace Walkthrough (Part 2) – Spoiler Warning
Aug 9th
SPOILER WARNING: HALO: REACH WALKTHROUGH for LONG NIGHT of SOLACE
You are Noble 6, the newest member of Noble Team replacing one of their Spartans who died in battle (“Spartans never die, Jorge. They’re just Missing in Action”). Your arrival doesn’t go without notice as you immediately become the subject of discussion – specifically the ONI-edited account of your classified, and somewhat mysterious previous assignment. Moments later as you deploy with the Team Noble, Commander Carter (team leader) makes it clear that while your skills are a welcome addition, your lone wolf antics are not. Team Noble mounts up in Falcons and you are up and away and the mission (and the game) begin.

Using C4 in Crysis 2P
Aug 5th
How do you use the C4 in Crysis 2 on XBOX 360?
Its exciting to get a powerup for the first time in a new video game. Especially in games by the “big guys”, and doubly so with highly respected game franchises like Crysis who have taken the time to do it well. But what about when you don’t know how to use your new weapon?
The internet comes to the rescue … and your Crysis 2 owner’s manual doesn’t hurt, either (except in this case where its useless). For Xbox 360 gamers to use C4 in Crysis 2, get close to where you want to use it (remember it will stick to surfaces) and use Right Trigger to toss it, then to detonate it use Left Trigger.
Obviously, your cloak will be helpful in situations where you want to get rid of enemy armor or set traps.
For PC gamers to use C4 get close to where you want to use it and left-click to toss it, then to detonate it use right-click.
For and PS3 to use C4 get close to where you want to use it and use the R1 button to toss it, then to detonate it use the L1 button.
Please comment with feedback in comments below if you’d like to see something added, or want to offer some correction and I’ll see what I can do.

Crysis 2: How to Select Underbarrel Attachments
Aug 4th
How do I select the underbarrell weapon in Crysis 2? How do I access the under barrell attachments in Crysis 2?
Use toggle fire mode (D-Pad left) to select your under barrel weapons/attachments since you are selecting the fire mode for your weapon.
If you are new to Crysis 2, you may have grabbed your first weapon with a cool underbarrell attachment, or earned one, but you don’t know how to select it. Case in point, tonight I found a Spec Ops Scarab assault rifle, but couldn’t figure out how to use it before my energy drained and my cloak deactivated. Its simple enough to figure out how to change from single fire to automatic fire. Just use toggle fire mode. Just remember that your underrbarel attachment is a “fire mode” for your weapon.

You determine how events will play out, which planets to explore, and whom to form alliances with as you rally a force to eliminate the Reaper threat once and for all. How you wage this war is completely up to you: go into combat with guns blazing or use cover to plan a more tactical assault. Utilize your squad to full effect or take a lone wolf approach. Rain death from a distance or go toe–to-toe with enemies using devastating melee attacks. Mass Effect 3 will react to each decision you make as you play through a truly unique experience of your own creation.

HALO 4 IS ON THE MARCH
Master Chief returns …. are you ready for Halo 4 (release Holiday 2012)? Halo 4 is developed by 343 Industries (343? As in 343 Guilty Spark?).
HALO FREAK NOTE: Halo CE stands for Halo Combat Evolved, the first Halo video game.

Who is 343 Industries?
First, a little more about 343 Industries’ name. 343 Industries is part of Microsoft Studios. According to 343 Industries’ creative director Josh Holmes, they are “the caretakers for the Halo franchise moving forward.”
More from Joystiq.com:
As for the 343 Industries name, Ross mentions the obvious connection to everyone’s favorite Forerunner AI, 343 Guilty Spark, but adds that it may be more fully explained in the future. O’Connor expands further, noting that the answer to the mystery behind 343 will “make itself evident in a few years.” Our best guess: “Because it sounds cool.”
